Facilitator Training for a Partner NGO 2024
An intensive two-day training qualifying 18 facilitators at a partner NGO to run values-based educational games.
The Darb team designed a custom training kit for the partner organization, covering the foundations of educational facilitation, group management, and using play to instill values.
Eighteen facilitators graduated and now run Darb programs at the organization’s centers, with supervisory follow-up from our team.
